- Fees structure will be available while contacting with VCA.
- Fees of any subject cannot be transferred to another subject and to other student.
- 80% Fees can be refund before starting the class by student.
- VCA do not deal in cash and payment can only made to prescribed forms guided by management.
- Students are allowed to contact their teachers regarding their papers after admission with VCA.
- VCA will ensure data protection of each student and only use for admission and enrolment purpose, VCA may send promotional messages to students.
- Lectures are available from registration date to exam date.
- Only 1 device is allowed to view lectures online.
- Sharing of recorded lectures to any other students without the permission of VCA will be considered as a breach of privacy which may lead to legal action.
- VCA IT department may monitor fair use of recorded lectures by students and VCA reserves the right to cancel portal access to student in case of any violation.
- Every student makes sure that he/she have clearly read and understand all the terms of Virtual college of Accountancy before admission and enrolment.
